Parent Connect to Student

Parents, to connect to your child's account you will need to download the EG Connect App on your phone or tablet and register as a parent. The app is available on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

Once downloaded, click on the Parent icon and follow the steps within the app to get set up. You will be prompted to scan your child's QR code. Your child will need to log into their Education Galaxy account on a separate device so you can scan the QR code. When your student logs into their account on www.educationgalaxy.com or through their school Clever or ClassLink portal, they will click the Parent Connect button in the upper right-hand corner of their dashboard and the QR code will pop up. (Scroll down to see screenshots below of the student dashboard). You will then take your device and scan the QR code from your EG Connect app on your phone or tablet. This will link your parent account to your child's account and they will be given 10 bonus stars and unlock 2 new unique games!

The QR codes needed to connect to your child's account regenerate often. If one was printed by your child's teacher and sent home, it will most likely be expired by the time it gets home. Also, make sure that your child logs in on a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) not the app. The app is only for parents, teachers, and administrators.
